DID I MENTION HOW MUCH I LIKE PORK?So, I've made a plan with my friend and fellow pork eater, Robert, to try every single barbecue place in and around the Atlanta metropolitan area. We will venture out for lunch every Wednesday from now til the pigs come home (or, maybe more aptly, to the slaughter house).
I'll be reviewing each spot for quality of meat, flavor of sauce, and atmosphere of place. I think I'll add my own personal cole slaw review as well in honor of my friend Piper, the world's most loyal cole slaw fanatic.
